2.10 Informatikai alkalmazások az iskola mindennapjaiban

Az előadás keretében egy új, felsőoktatásban dolgozó oktatók számár készült webfelület használatát szeretném bemutatni. A keretrendszer elsősorban az informatika területén kívül eső oktatók számára készült, melynek célja az, hogy segítséget nyújtson a mindennapi adminisztratív és oktatási feladatok elvégzéséhez. Továbbá a program lehetőséget ad publikációk, tudományos tevékenységek és eredmények közzétételére is, ez utóbbi az oktatók egyéni igényeihez igazítható struktúrában jeleníthető meg az oldalakon. A szoftver segítségével bármely szakos tanár könnyedén képes létrehozni, vizuálisan és tartalmilag egyaránt testre szabni, frissíteni és karbantartani saját oktatói portálját bármiféle informatikai segítség nélkül. Az előadásból kiderül, hogy ez a típusú keretrendszer miért az oktatói portál megnevezést kapta, és milyen minőségbiztosítási elvárásoknak tesz eleget technikai megvalósítását, vizuális felépítését és használhatóságát tekintve. Mindezek mellett statisztikai mutatók ismertetésével szeretném szemléltetni egy felmérés eredményét, amelyen keresztül lemérhető az oktatói portálok helye és szerepe ma a felsőoktatás területén, mind hazai és mind nemzetközi viszonylatban.

Freely available educational portal, principles of the structure and use

The presentation aims to introduce a web interface, which has been developed for teachers of tertiary education. The framework is principally dedicated for instructors unconversant in informatics, and has been created with the intention to conduce the everyday round of administrative duties and tasks. Furthermore, the system enables to provide an introduction of ongoing scientific research of the workshop and facilitates the publication of the topical results. Additionally, all the information can be organized in accordance with the needs and expectations of the user/instructor. The software enables teachers/instructors to create, visually design, fill with content and customize an instructor's portal facilely. Moreover the maintenance and update of the portal can also be easily accomplished with no IT assistance. This presentation sheds light on the origin of the appellation of this type of framework (instructor's portal) and furthermore, provides insight of what QC standards and requirements it fulfills, in point of its technical implementation, visual design and applicability. In addition, the review of the results and conclusions of a prior survey is also part of the presentation which helps to assess the relevance and actuality of the conception of instructor's portal in the tertiary education in both national and international relation.
