3.4 Elektronikus könyvtárak, kiállítások, portálok, repozitóriumok

Az OpenAIRE (Open Access Infrastructure for Research in Europe) az európai országok összefogásában létrejött Open Access projekt, melynek célkitűzése az Európai Bizottság által 2008-ban elfogadott Open Access program támogatása. A kezdeményezésben 64 partner vesz részt az Európai Unió összes országából. A projekt folyam eddig három ciklust ért meg, az aktuálisan folyó szakasza az OpenAIRE2020 nevet viseli és a HORIZON2020 projekt kutatási eredményeinek ellenőrzésére hivatott. A H2020 projektben résztvevő kutatók vállalják, hogy a meghatározott kutatási témákban publikációikat nyílt hozzáférésű OpenAIRE kompatibilis repozitóriumokba töltik fel, ehhez az OpenAIRE projekt biztosítja az alapfeltételeket és Helpdesk szolgáltatást, továbbá vállalja egy európai repozitóriumi hálózat e-infrastruktúrájának kiépítését.

A Debreceni Egyetem Egyetemi és Nemzeti Könyvtár, mint OpenAIRE NOAD (National Open Access Desk) arra vállalkozik, hogy felmérje a hazai repozitóriumok helyzetét. Ennek érdekében 2017 február első felében az ország repozitriumainak üzemeltetőit kérdőíves felmérésben keresi meg, melynek eredményeit ebben az előadásban kívánja elsőként bemutatni. A felmérés a tervek szerint teljes körű lesz. A kérdőíves felmérés kiterjed a repozitóriumi állományok feltérképezésére, a tárolás formáinak és módjainak megismerésére, a tárolt tartalmak hozzáférhetőségének kérdésére, a repozitóriumok fejlődését támogató és hátráltató faktorok feltárására. Érinti az OpenAIRE kompatibilitást és arathatóságot is. Az adatok elemzése során kísérletet teszünk az egyszerű leíró statisztikákon való túllépésre és megpróbálunk repozitóriumi klasztereket is kialakítani jellemzőik figyelembe vétele mellett.

First results of the Survey of Hungarian Repositories 2017

OpenAIRE (Open Access Infrastructure for Research in Europe) is an Open Access project set up in cooperation with the countries of the European Union. It aims to support the Open Access programme launched by the European Commission in 2008. 64 partners from all the countries of the European Union take part in the initiative. The present project is the third phase of the programme under the name of OpenAIRE2020. Its goal is to help monitor research output of HORIZON2020 projects. Researchers taking part in H2020 projects agree to publish the project results in a repository compatible with OpenAIRE. Fundamental prerequisites as well as a helpdesk service is provided by OpenAIRE. Furthermore, OpenAIRE commits itself to develop the e-infrastructure for a European network of repositories.

To achieve its goals as OpenAIRE NOAD (National Open Access Desk) in February 2017 the University of Debrecen University and National Library is to conduct a survey to map the status of the Hungarian repositories. The findings of the survey are to be presented for the first time in this lecture. The survey will be comprehensive. The questions will regard the content of the repositories, the forms and means of storing data and content, the access to the content and factors supporting or hindering the development of the repository. OpenAIRE compatibility and harvestability will also be under scrutiny. During the analyses of the collected data we attempt to exceed the descriptive statistical analysis and endeavor to set up repository clusters using the features of the repositories.
