4.6 Szolgáltatásmenedzsment

A Szegedi Tudományegyetem 2016. májusában indította el az Office 365 szolgáltatást a hallgatói, oktató és dolgozó jogviszonnyal rendelkező felhasználói részére. A szolgáltatás elindítását az NIIF Intézet által üzembe helyezett o365.eduid.hu portál tette lehetővé.

Az előadás bemutatja az o365.eduid.hu integrálásának a lépéseit az MS O365 portállal és az SZTE IdP-vel: - u-szeged.hu és o365.u-szeged.hu domain regisztálása, validálása az O365-ben - domainek beállítása az o365.eduid.hu management felületén - az o365.eduid.hu portálon adminisztrátorok hozzárendelése az o365.u-szeged.hu domainhez - NIIF admin jogú azonosító létrehozása az O365 portálon - SAML IdP konfiguráció az SZTE eduID szerveren - SAML átjáró bekapcsolása NIIFI részéről - MS O365 portálon hallgatói és dolgozói licenc számok megemelése és licenc jogosultságok beállítása - tesztelés különböző jogú felhasználókkal.

Az SZTE eduID-ben regisztrált felhasználók a https://o365.eduid.hu portálra bejelentkezve aktiválhatják a hozzájuk rendelt Office 365 szolgáltatáscsomagot.

A későbbiek során a szolgáltatáscsomag közvetlenül a Microsoft Office 365 portálra bejelentkezve használható, "Munkahelyi, iskolai vagy személyes Microsoft-fiók"-ként. A felhasználó azonosítása az SZTE eduID-rendszerében történik az eduID-felhasználónév és az eduID-jelszó segítségével.

Office 365 services at the University of Szeged, based on eduID authentication

The Office 365 services were introduced in May 2016, at the University of Szeged. The services are available for the students, faculty and staff members.
It could be implemented thank to the development of the o365.eduid.hu portal by the NIIF Institute.

The presentation shows the steps of the integration of the o365.eduid.hu portal with the SZTE IdP and Microsoft Office 365:

• registering and validating the u-szeged.hu and o365.u-szeged.hu domains in the Office 365 services
• setting the domains at the o365.eduid.hu management interface
• assigning the administrators on the o365.eduid.hu portal to the o365.u-szeged.hu domain
• creation of the NIIF user with administrator rights on the Office 365 portal
• configuration of the SAML IdP on the eduID server of the University of Szeged
• enabling the SAML gateway by the NIIFI
• assigning the licences to the students, staff and faculty users on the Microsoft Office 365 portal
• testing users with different affiliations.

The regitered users of the University of Szeged can activate their Office 365 package, logging into the https://o365.eduid.hu portal.

During the daily use of the Microsoft Office 365 services by the members of the university enter directly to the Microsoft Office 365 portal. The authentication process is made by the eduID system of the University of Szeged.
